Padrón Lamprey Festival

A gastronomy event promoting lamprey from the Ulla River, in which several Padrón restaurants participate by offering lamprey menus, featuring both traditional and modern dishes. The event also highlights the cultural aspect of lamprey, by means of other cultural activities included in the programme: gastronomy workshops, competitions, talks, routes and guided tours, etc.
